Phase TWO: 4 weeks of foundational nutrition for toddlers & picky eaters

Covers essential nutrients your toddler needs, meeting protein needs (even if they don't like meat!), sugar and snacks 101, nutrient composition in a picky eater's diet, including variety, creating balanced meals for the whole family, proper hydration throughout toddlerhood, and how to support your little one in fueling their body for optimal health.

  • How long is the group program?

    This program is 12 weeks (3 months long) with weekly LIVE group calls, regular Q&A sessions to support your journey, a private community, Nourished Littles workbook + modules, to help you feed your little ones with confidence.

  • Is this covered by insurance?

    You may pay with your FSA/HSA, but insurance does not cover this type of service with a private practice Dietitian. There are payment plans available that spread the total cost over 3 or 6 monthly payments.

  • Is this course for little ones with complex medical diagnoses?

    This program does not substitute direct medical advice nor is it for little ones requiring dietitian assistance as a part of the complex medical team. This program does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship.

  • I'm not sure this is for me...

I know exactly what it’s like to be in your shoes—juggling the whirlwind of motherhood, trying to figure out how to feed a sassy toddler, manage your own nutrition as a mom, and keep your sanity in the process. Growing up with a picky eater for a dad and watching my parents constantly cycle through diets had a big impact on how I viewed food. It made me realize just how important it is to set a strong foundation for our kids early on, so they grow up with a healthy relationship with food. When starting the feeding journey with my little one I thought the pediatrician would have a roadmap on exactly what to do, but I quickly learned that wasn't the case. Nor did they have the same approach and perspective around feeding that I did, so I had to do the research myself. Then when my own toddler started pushing back at mealtimes, I knew I had to find a way to navigate his shifting preferences and moods. Even with my background as a Registered Dietitian, I had to lean on all my research and tools to navigate his nutrition while not getting stuck in food ruts, because it was the "easy" thing to do when I was tired (especially solo parenting when my husband was on his firefighting shift). I feared him getting stuck in picky eating habits for the long term, but also wanted him to grow up with a healthy relationship around food. I kept thinking, how do I make sure my child doesn’t grow up to be an undernourished adult with a poor relationship with food, trapped in a cycle of limited food choices?
